The UM IBC meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  Completed submissions are due two weeks before the scheduled meeting. To ensure your application is ready for review, it is encouraged that you submit no later than 3 weeks prior to the meeting date to allow time for comments and revisions.   Submissions received after the posted deadline will be reviewed at the next convened meeting.
