Section 21: Alterations, Additions, Improvements

No substantial alterations, additions, or improvements shall be made to items of government property unless authority is contained in the award document or received from the Contracting Officer. It is the responsibility of the PI/Departmental Administrator to obtain agency approval (via the ORSP) when needed and notify the UFPA of any substantial alterations, additions, or improvements.
