Program:  The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), through its National Center for Environmental Research announces the posting of the Request for Applications, 11th Annual P3 Awards: A National Student Design Competition for Sustainability Focusing on People, Prosperity and the Planet (P3) with the goal of using scientific principals in creating innovative projects focused on sustainability. The applicants will propose to do research, develop and design solutions to real world challenges involving the overall sustainability of human society.

Program:  In recognition of the growing interest in environmental issues and careers, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) established the National Network for Environmental Management Studies (NNEMS) Fellowship Program in 1986 to encourage students to pursue environmental careers. The NNEMS program is a comprehensive fellowship program that provides students an opportunity to participate in a fellowship project that is directly related to their field of study.
