On August 4, 2022, NASA amended its 2021 NASA TEAMS ENGAGING AFFILIATED MUSEUMS AND INFORMAL INSTITUTIONS (2021 TEAM II NOFO), adding a new, limited submission program element, NASA Community Anchor Award for TEAM II - ANCHR, with an Oct 18, 2022 due date.

UM employees wishing to be considered for selection to develop and submit a proposal in response to this opportunity should submit an internal notice of interest or intent of up to one page in length, no later than 4pm Friday, August 19, via the Ole Miss InfoReady Review Portal. This National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), omnibus solicitation, entitled 2021 NASA Teams Engaging Affiliated Museums and Informal Institutions (TEAM II), solicits proposals for competitive funding opportunities in support of Federal and Agency strategies, goals, objectives and priorities relevant to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education and engagement, including NASA’s Office of STEM Engagement (OSTEM) and its Next Gen STEM project. The proposals, led by Informal Education Institutions (IEIs), shall provide inquiry- or experiential-based educational opportunities for students, and their learning support systems of families and informal and formal educators and institutions, with direct alignment to major NASA missions.
